At Predict, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need a refund. 1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

1.1 Subscription Services

  • You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of the initial payment. After this period, refunds will not be issued for any unused subscription period.

  • For monthly subscriptions, refunds are not offered after the 14-day cooling-off period, but you may cancel at any time to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

  • For annual subscriptions, you may request a refund within 14 days of the payment date. Refunds will not be issued after this period, but you may cancel your subscription to avoid renewal charges.

1.2 Free Trials

  • If you sign up for a free trial and choose to continue with a paid subscription after the trial ends, you are not eligible for a refund for any charges incurred after the trial period.

1.3 Overcharges or Billing Errors

  • If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or overcharged, please contact our support team within 30 daysof the charge. We will review the claim, and if an error is confirmed, a refund will be processed.

1.4 Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as technical issues preventing access to the Service or failure to deliver features as promised, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, subject to review by our team.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain fees and services are non-refundable. These include:

  • One-time fees for consultations, professional services, or set-up costs.

  • Add-on services or custom-built features.

  • Third-party integrations or licenses purchased through the platform.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to refunds@predict.com with your account details (name, email address, and subscription details).

  2. Reason for Refund: Clearly state the reason for requesting a refund, including any relevant transaction details, such as payment dates and amounts.

  3. Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request, our support team will review it within 7 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

  4. Refund Timeframe: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Monthly Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by visiting the Account Settings page or by contacting us at support@predict.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

4.2 Annual Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your annual subscription at any time, but refunds will only be issued within 14 days of the initial payment. After this period, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the subscription term, and no further charges will be made for the next renewal.

4.3 Immediate Access After Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service for the remainder of the billing cycle, after which your account will be downgraded to a free or limited access plan, if available.

5. Refund Exceptions

5.1 Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for disruptions in service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government regulations, or power outages.

5.2 Refund Abuse

Refunds will not be granted if we detect abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive refund requests.

  • Multiple accounts created to exploit refund policies.

  • Use of the Service in violation of our Terms of Service.

5.3 Refund Denials

If a refund request is denied, you will be notified with a reason for the denial. You may appeal the decision by contacting our support team at support@predict.com.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account.

  • Refuse future refunds or services.

  • Dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence of the service provided.

If you believe there has been an issue with a payment, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback.

7. Modifications to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you through email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Refund Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
